PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY. THIS IS A SHORT-SALE. This is a 3 bed / 2 bath house, but tax records state it's a 2 bed / 2 bath. This property was purchased in May of 2022 as a rehab project. At the time of purchase, the main floor of the house was full of mud due to the Dec 2021 mudslide.
